To those who died at the WTC towers.
To the United 93 passengers.
To NYPD, NY Police Port Authorities, NY Fire-Fighters.
Their families.
With love and peace.

Listening to rain drops, birds singing, the sounds of nature.
I am out of the office, out of town, out of the circulation.
No responsibilities, no meetings, no deadlines, no pressures.
Slowing down, realizing just how fast life is, how crazy it all is.
Running all the time isn't life, how can one truly cherish it?
Now, I'm just simply in my car, the kids are with me. We want to stop, we stop. We want to do something, we do.
I do not plan much ahead, we're on holidays.
No agendas, nothing. That's our menu.
If you're reading these lines, you may find some commonalities in our respective journeys to reach peace within.
I've been tormented many years, now I'm doing my best to live to the rythmn of the 'bigger man in me'.
A man who is free, liberated, enjoying life to the fullest, not living in fear, or from a fear perspective.
I've helped a colleague the other day. He was living in fear, a proud dad, a proud husband.
I told him 'it's ok not to be perfect, nobody is'. Live with passion, not in guilt, express your true self, be exuberant and have fun.
Begin all your days with your routine. Wake up at 5 a.m., meditate, smile. I guarantee your days will be filled with joy and happiness.
Just back from the gym, early in the morning, good sweat. Full of energy.
These days I'm reading Robin Sharma, the Leader Without a Title.
I once was an executive, now I'm much more. No one needs a 'title' to bring its best in every moment.
The ego may need a 'title', the passionate person in you needs no permission to shine.
Take care of yourself and others.
Be a true Leader Without a Title.
Thanks Robin.
Almost 3 years in the making, and now time to embrace life fully is coming.
I've met great people, and they've been there for me when the though got going.
Most of all, I've discovered and unleashed my true self.
It's all about love., and believing that anything is possible.
Yes it is, more than ever.
My life is one of my own choosing, of my own energy channeled through.
I am the catalyst, deciding not to be a victim, not to fall to battles that others wish to fight.
I'm no longer fighting, I'm moving within, along the current of my life, my steps, one by one, next to my loved ones.
Leading by example, standing up for what I believe are higher moral standards.
Where I go, the energy swiftly changes to the positive. I am.
This day will stay forever in my mind as the meeting place, a path that I've seen, that I've choosen, that I've built.
One day I had more questions that I could ever manage.
Today I do ask the questions, I find my answers by being opened to change.
By accepting. By letting go. By living my own promise. By being here and now.
Today, forever.
Almost 2 years in the making, but looks like I will finally be able to turn the page.
Life is such a long journey, I know I have been given a second chance, but most of all it's me making things happen.
I am a student of leadership, my leadership journey, the one of a hard-working professional, a dad, a lover, never stops. It's an enduring quest for excellence, of taking ownership, of not shying away from problems or things that I don't like.
Who isn't a procrastinator. I'm likely a 5-star NBA player on that front.
But there are times when we need to push the pedal to the metal, and other times when we need to slow down, be patient.
I am not patient. Now days, I recognize this, and see that I need to slow down or hop on another means of transportation. To listen, to reflect on what happens around me, and to take action in new ways.
My divorce, soon to be I hope, as taught me many things, but most importantly that I can't force something if someone doesn't want it.
Manage a change of this magnitude takes a lot of courage, and an ability to get help and advice when needed, to be open to what others have to say.
My horizon is filled with sun, I now look forward to collecting the fruits, and sharing them with the people that I love.
From your leadership student
Feel like a juggler these days, juggling many things, trying to sort things out on many fronts.
My psy tells me there's so much one can handle at the same time. So I've learned to let go or change speeds while riding, much like in a car.
Letting go feels go, liberating.
The sun is shining more often.
I've gone through 'Fast and Furious' episodes, to find out that I may have been my worst enemy all these years.
Hard for the ego? Not anymore. I take pride in being humble.
I feel engaged and committed. Life a such a long journey. I'm taking it day by day.
Just sitting back and enjoying the ride !
